Consideration of Appointment of Two Council Members to the Community Development Block Grant(CDBG) Ad-Hoc Committee for the FY 2026/2027
Recommendation: Staff recommends the City Council appoint a committee at the October 14, 2024 meeting, consisting of two members from the City Council as well as the Economic Development Manager, to review and recommend FY 2026/2027 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program applications.

6.9 Consideration of Resolution 2025-141, Awarding a Construction Contract for Project No. 2023-04 Rectangular Rapid Flashing Beacon at the Intersections of Ramsey Street and 2nd Street, 6th Street, 16th Street and Martin Street, to All American Building Services in the amount of $592,850 and Approving a 10% Contingency for a Total Budget of “Not-to-Exceed” $652,135
